Continued platform interaction post-publication constitutes full acceptance of modified Terms.

1.2 Account Registration, Security & Verification

• 1.2.1 Account Eligibility: Consumer account holders must be at least 18 years of age with full legal capacity to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. 8.2 Limitation of Liability

8.3 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

5.1 Student Exit & Graduation Withdrawals

• 5.1.1 Full Balance Remittance: When a student graduates or leaves the school, all unspent prepaid balances in their Canteen Wallet are 100% refundable to the parent's account within 7 to 10 working days.

5.2 Mid-Term Withdrawals & Term Rollovers

• 5.2.1 Voluntary Withdrawals: Parents may request mid-term balance withdrawals via their portal, subject to a 2% payment gateway handling fee.
• 5.2.2 Automatic Term Rollovers: Unused student balances automatically roll over across school terms without deduction.

6.1 Merchant Inventory Defaults

• 6.1.1 Customer Restitution: If a merchant cancels a confirmed reservation due to fleet shortages, the customer receives an immediate 100% refund or an upgrade. The merchant is assessed a 25% penalty fee.

6.2 Chargeback Holds
